By accessing or using SafePlay Compliance Hub (‘the Service’), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by Hotline Labs Ltd (Company No: 11873778).
SafePlay Compliance Hub is a cloud-based compliance management platform designed for soft play centres, trampoline parks, and indoor activity venues. The Service includes equipment tracking, staff compliance management, document storage, daily safety checklists, automated reminders, and compliance dashboard features.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to select a paid plan. If you do not select a plan, your account will remain accessible in read-only mode.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days’ notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
You are responsible for: the accuracy of data entered into the Service; ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations; maintaining appropriate backup copies of your data; and ensuring that your team members who access the Service comply with these terms. The Service is a compliance management tool, not a substitute for professional safety advice.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotline Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Hotline Labs Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
